Privacy Policy

Affyelle does not collect personal data. There is no account to create, nothing is sent to us, and the app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking.

What stays on your phone

To remember how you like to listen, Affyelle saves a few choices on your device:

the goal you picked when you first opened the app
light or dark appearance
your session settings, such as relaxation style, ending, sound and repeat count
the music volume under the voice

These choices never leave your device and are not shared with us or anyone else. They are deleted when you delete the app. If you use iCloud Backup, iOS may include them in your device backup, which Apple handles under its own privacy policy.

Audio

All meditations, affirmations and sounds are included in the app and play offline. Affyelle does not use your microphone, camera, location, contacts or health data.

Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions are sold and managed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, email address or payment details. The app asks Apple only whether your subscription is active, so it can unlock the full library. Apple's handling of this information is covered by the Apple Privacy Policy.

Lock screen

While a session plays, its title appears on your lock screen and in Control Center so you can pause or skip. This is shown by iOS on your device only.

Children

Affyelle is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age.

Your rights

Because we do not collect or store personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete on your behalf. You can remove everything Affyelle saved by deleting the app. This applies wherever you live, including under the GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Changes to this policy

If Affyelle ever starts handling information differently, for example by downloading new programs from a server, we will update this page and its date before the change takes effect.
